Yeah! Dallas won against the NY Islanders. Ok, we lost against the Devils (and yes, before you ask I lost my bet- well...not exactly lost- huge grin. So, in its New Yourk trip, the team won 2 game out of three. Tha's not bad.

And no, I'm not gonna tell ya what the bet was...

BLAH

They lost...they lost 5-0 against the Devils...They better win tonight or else... (see above)

Stanotte, quando io sarò al calduccio sotto le coperte, I Dallas giocheranno a Newark contro i New Jersey Devils. Spero proprio che vincano...ho una grossa scommessa in ballo.

Stasera, ma non potrò vederla in tv l'Inter si gioca il primato nel girone di Campions....

Pare non mi resti che attendere.

Nel frattempo pare che almeno l'attesa per l'arrivo dell'autunno sia finalmente finita. Adesso so come vestirmi al mattino e non resto più a fissare l'armadio con espressione ebete chiedendomi: "gu?"

At a time when looking for positives, any positives, is in the Stars' best interest, they had some to take against Colorado on Saturday afternoon. They had spark. They had energy, especially in the third period when they were trying to overcome a three-goal deficit.

That's all fine and good, but the Stars are still struggling with the mistakes that put them in the big deficits in the first place. And as coach Dave Tippett reminded his team—and the rest of us—these high-scoring games just don't represent Stars hockey.

Non starò a darvi tutta la traduzione. Ho aspettato a postare sperando che il gioco migliorasse. Ma dopo la batosta di Domenica... questa certo non è la squadra dell'anno scorso. Le cose vanno male, la difesa è tra le peggiori della NHl e Turco...beh, magari sarebbe il caso di schierare il secondo portiere per una partita e vedere come va. Speriamo che almeno stasera si riesca a battere i Rangers...

STORMY WEATHER

Giornata meteorologicamente pessima. Sono scesa a Venezia per registrare due esami e penso di essermi presa tutta la pioggia mai concepita dal creatore. Per fortuna erano due bei voti.

Era tanto che non viaggiavo in traghetto, ma San Basilio era troppo distante da raggiungere in venti minuti da piazzale Roma...in realtà si può fare, ma correre sui ponti bagnati e scivolosi non mi pareva una grande idea.

Dicevo.
La traghettata è stata bella perchè su quella linea(la 2 che va a San Marco via Giudecca) non c'è mai troppa gente. Sentire il vento in faccia e gli spruzzi d'acqua mi ha dato un senso di libertà che mi mancava da un pò.

Giornata fumettisticamente da ricordare. Per colpa di Gwen mi sono riabbonata agli X-men.... e vengo lentamente risucchiata nel vortice del crossover.

Ultima nota: ho appena visto la partita. Questi europei sono scandalosi per arbitraggio. E poi Blatter sputa sentenze sulla classe arbitrale italiana....
